This page shows where customer policies fit in the shopping journey. These outlines are not final purchase terms. Buffalo Hills must approve the actual wording before the live shop accepts payments.

Purchase terms

Before launch, confirm product descriptions, pack weights, price and tax presentation, stock handling, when an order is accepted, payment methods and the process for substitutions or unavailable products.

Delivery information

Publish approved service areas, charges, delivery windows, handling arrangements and the process for missed deliveries. Delivery is free within 10 km of dispatch. Only surplus kilometres are charged. The preview uses a sample dispatch pin and P 5/km; the actual dispatch location and rate need confirmation.

Refunds and cancellations

Publish the approved cancellation, returns and refund process, including the treatment of perishable goods, damaged or incorrect items, contact details, and expected review and repayment timing. Do not infer the final policy from this outline.

Privacy information

This static preview processes sample checkout and cart information in this browser only and sends no forms to Buffalo Hills or FNB. Farmers’ demonstration offers also stay in session storage. Map tiles are requested from OpenStreetMap; the map view exposes the approximate area being viewed to that provider. Session storage is cleared by using the reset below.
